International air fares, airport taxes, visa charges or any kind of insurance cover
Vehicle at disposal on the days of leisure/walking tour/activities not mentioned above
Any monument/attraction/activity and entrance charges are paid directly by the guests
Expenses of a personal nature i.e., telephone calls, drinks, laundry, tips, etc.
 Any liability arising owing to last-minute changes in the program due to reasons beyond our control, for instance, political disturbances, natural phenomena, a change in the schedule of flight or train, any VIP movement, etc.
Camera/video fees at various monuments and entrance tickets in monuments.
Cost arising out of any last-minute request by the guest for additional arrangements
Any Peak season dates, if hotels can levy closer to the date
Any other items other than those mentioned as ‘included’

The tour in general:
The prices advised are in USD.
Check-in time is 14:00 hours, and check-out time is 10:00 hours unless advised otherwise.
COVID protocol is in place as per the current regulations of India. Fully vaccinated passengers will be allowed entry into the country and the hotels. 
Any additional cost for these COVID-19 tests/protocol would be on direct payment by the guests. 
Kindly inform guests to take safety precautions whilst interacting with the guide/naturalists/hotel staff, and every person they come in contact with. In case the guests contract COVID, the responsibility solely lies with the guests. We would, however, ensure all possible assistance as and when required.

• Kindly mention your/client's name and purpose of remittance when making the fund transfer.
• Please ensure the bank charges are borne by your bank. the amount mentioned above is the final amount to be credited to our bank account
• Please inform us once remittance has been initiated and send us a remittance copy to follow up with
  our banks here.
• Cancellation and refund policy:
  • Cancellation of bookings must be notified to us by letter or email by the party leader as soon as possible.
  • your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us. Except as set out in
    paragraph 8 below, the following cancellation charges will be payable.
  • period before departure within which written notification of cancellation is received by us cancellation charge per person canceling (% of total cost)
  • 12 weeks or more 0%
  • 12 - 6 weeks 25%
  • 6 - 2 weeks 50%
  • 2 weeks to date of departure or later 100%
• Travel Insurance: we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. failure to do so may affect our ability to provide refunds in case of cancellation.
• Dispute resolution: in the event of a dispute regarding this invoice or your travel arrangements, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India jurisdiction.
