Day 1: Arrival at Leh and transfer to Sham Valley
- Arrive in Leh via a scenic flight over the Himalayas.
- Greeted by a representative and transferred to the hotel.
- Rest and acclimatize to the high altitude (3500 m).
- Optional visit to Shanti Stupa in the late afternoon.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Leh Exploration
- After breakfast, embark on a tour of prominent attractions including:
- Hall of Fame
- Gurudwara Patthar Sahib
- Magnetic Hill
- Kali Temple
- Sangam (confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers)
- Return to Leh in the afternoon.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla
- Drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (highest motorable road).
- Arrive at Hundar village.
- Enjoy activities such as sand dunes exploration and double hump camel ride.
- Overnight stay at hotel or camp in Nubra Valley.
Day 4: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shayok
- Visit Diskit Monastery for panoramic views of Nubra Valley.
- Journey to Pangong Lake via Shayok, admiring turquoise waters and scenic landscapes.
- Overnight stay at camp near Pangong Lake.
Day 5: Pangong Lake to Leh
- After breakfast, return to Leh via Chang La pass.
- En route visits to Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.
Day 6: Departure
- Early breakfast followed by transfer to Leh airport.
- Departure for onward journey, carrying fond memories of Ladakh.

- All applicable taxes and GST @ 5 % on total tour cost
- International/Internal airfares, airport taxes, visa charges, or any kind of insurance cover
- Vehicle at disposal on the days of leisure/walking tour/activities not mentioned above
- Any monument/attraction/activity not specified in the request/enumerated in inclusions
- Expenses of a personal nature i.e.: telephone calls, drinks, laundry, tips, etc.
- Any liability arising owing to last-minute changes in the program due to reasons beyond our control for instance; political disturbances, natural phenomena, change in the schedule of flight or train, any VIP movement, etc.
- Camera/video fees at various monuments and entrance tickets in monuments.
- Cost arising out of any last-minute request by the guest for additional arrangements
- Any Peak season dates if hotels decide to levy closer to the date
- Any other items other than those mentioned as ‘included’
- Kindly mention your/client's name and purpose of remittance when making the fund transfer.
- Please ensure the bank charges are borne by your bank. the amount mentioned above is the final amount to be credited to our bank account
- Please inform us once remittance has been initiated and send us a remittance copy to follow up with
our banks here. - Cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellation of bookings must be notified to us by letter or email by the party leader as soon as possible.
- your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us. Except as set out in
paragraph 8 below, the following cancellation charges will be payable. - period before departure within which written notification of cancellation is received by us cancellation charge per person canceling (% of total cost)

- Travel Insurance: we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. failure to do so may affect our ability to provide refunds in case of cancellation.
- Dispute resolution: in the event of a dispute regarding this invoice or your travel arrangements, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India jurisdiction.
